Community Care Centre: Residential Services Home
Our Community Care Program is intended for men with a diagnosed mental health issue(s) or who are in need of a supportive care facility due to a breakdown in their community based living arrangements. The program is aimed to educate residents in life skills, teach medication awareness, offer support in mental health issues and make referrals to community-based organizations when needed.
Emergency Shelter
he mission of our Emergency Shelter program is to provide emergency shelter in a loving, respectful and dignified manner. It is our goal to provide a safe place of refuge and to make referrals to Windsor Center of Hope programs and other community services that will meet our clients’ needs and improve their quality of life. We offer support, trust, encouragement and hope.
