Guidelines
Sign up for showers are on a first come first served basis, starting at 9:00am.
Showers will be available from 9:30am – 11:00am Monday to Friday.
Each guest will be given a 20 minute appointment to utilize the shower. A 5 minute warning will be given to ensure other guests have time to use the shower.
Guests are to sign in 15 minutes prior to their scheduled shower time.
All guests must complete a covid pre-screening prior to entry into the building and shower program.
Guests are to ensure Salvation Army property is kept in good shape for others and report any damage to Front Desk.
Any injuries while entering, exiting or during the shower are a personal responsibility and should be reported to front desk staff as soon as possible.
If there is any client that may need assistance while using the shower they are to bring an approved worker or caregiver with them. The client is liable in case of injury for themselves or the caregiver.
Toiletries will be available.
Towels are available at the Front Desk. Used towels are to be placed in the towel bin in the lobby.
There is to be no loitering outside on Salvation Army property following showers.
Guests are only permitted to enter the shower room with 1 bag ie: backpack.
All bags being brought into the shower are subject to a search.
No drug use, smoking, vaping or alcohol is permitted on property.
For health and safety precaution, no guest will be permitted if under the influence of any substances.
All guests are to be 16+ year old.
