Food Bank
The Salvation Army Center of Hope Windsor through its Community and Family Services Department provides a wide variety of holistic support programs, designed to meet specific needs of the community where we live. Our clients are from the diverse population in the Windsor Essex Region who have various needs as reflected in the programs we run.
Spiritual Care & Chaplaincy Services
The Spiritual Care program provides opportunities for public community worship and discipleship. With an emphasis on leading others to wholeness, the chaplaincy team offers practical assistance (physical) when possible, spiritual counsel and prayer to those in crisis or who simply recognize a need for spiritual support.
Supportive Housing
Our Community Care Program is intended for men with a diagnosed mental health issue(s) or who are in need of a supportive care facility due to a breakdown in their community based living arrangements. The program is aimed to educate residents in life skills, teach medication awareness, offer support in mental health issues and make referrals to community-based organizations when needed.
